I'm down to 172.6, which is 1.6 lbs. difference from yesterday. It may be water weight, but I sure am happy!
This loss moves me down .3 points in the BMI index, which isn't much, but finally brings me out of 'obese' and into 'overweight'. I feel so much better, even if it's just a set of arbitrary numbers.
I'll edit this later with what I ate today, I just needed to write this down now while I'm elated.
Edit:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with vegan butter spread.
Lunch: A medium-sized baked potato with half a cup of baked beans.
Dinner: Two apples.
That puts me at 605 calories. Not much more than yesterday, but hopefully my body will adjust and speed up the metabolism so I can have another low-cal day tomorrow.
